Return Policy
Customer Satisfaction is our first priority. Should you need an exchange or return, please read below for direction.
We do not and will not give satisfaction returns. All sales are final.
Adult Toys & Lubricants:
Due to health and safety regulations, all adult
novelty sales are final. We will gladly exchange or replace any defective
merchandise within the initial 30 day period from purchase, after which the manufacturer provided warranty will apply. Please
use the Contact Page to report any defective items within 30 days of delivery.
Oils and lubricants may not be exchanged. Qualifying items are eligible for a merchandise credit only.
If an item is used, the
manufacturer will not provide warranty replacement.
The manufacturer will only provide warranty
replacement if the order invoice and the original packaging are included with
the return.
When making a return for a defective item, you
should contact us via email before you return the item and be sure to include
as much information about the original order as possible. Copies of the
original packing slip/receipt are required and will ensure proper credit is
given. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to
receive your replacement item(s) or refund.
Unwanted
items cannot be refunded.
Our return policy is designed to allow us to
continue to offer our customers the lowest prices and best service.
Note: Please include all original packaging with the
defective item being returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any
items. A restocking fee may apply.
* Do not return any item without first receiving
an approval and a RMA.
